As we approached the museum I was filled with excitement. Not only because Westchester finally has it's own children's museum (hooray!), but also because it is situated in one of Westchester's most extraordinary settings. On one side is the picturesque beach on Long Island Sound and on the other, Playland. Nothing brings on that excited feeling more than seeing a roller coaster, ferris wheel and a stunning beach. Childhood nostalgia at its best!
